At Hotel National, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and timely food delivery experience. Please read the following details about our delivery and shipping policy to understand how we handle your orders.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery services within a 5 km radius of our restaurant located at R.N. Shaw Chowk, Rupbani Campus, Purnia, Bihar 854301. If your location is outside our delivery range, we encourage you to visit our restaurant for dine-in or takeaway.
2. Delivery Timings
- Operating Hours: We accept delivery orders every day from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 11:30 PM may be processed for the next day, depending on availability.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Our average delivery time is 30-45 minutes, depending on the order size and traffic conditions.
3. Delivery Charges
- Free Delivery: For orders above ₹500.
- Standard Delivery Fee: A nominal delivery charge of ₹30 will be applied for orders below ₹500.
4. Order Processing
- Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS or email.
- Orders are prepared fresh upon confirmation. Therefore, please allow sufficient time for preparation and delivery.
- For bulk orders or special requests, we recommend placing your order at least 2 hours in advance to ensure timely delivery.
5. Contactless Delivery
For your safety, we offer contactless delivery. Our delivery personnel will maintain social distancing and can leave your order at your doorstep or a designated location. Please mention your preference while placing the order.
6. Delays and Issues
While we strive to deliver within the estimated time frame, unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, traffic jams, or rush hours may cause delays. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via phone or SMS.
7. Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Order Modifications: If you wish to modify your order, please contact us immediately at +91 7070529003. Modifications may not be possible once the order is already prepared or dispatched.
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of placing the order without any charges. Beyond that, cancellations will not be accepted, and you may still be charged for the order.
8. Food Safety and Quality
At Hotel National, we maintain strict hygiene standards during food preparation and packaging. If you encounter any issues with your order, such as incorrect items or quality concerns, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order for resolution.
9. Takeaway/ Pickup
For those preferring to pick up their order, we offer a takeaway service. Simply place your order online or by phone, and we’ll notify you when it’s ready for pickup.
10. Payment Methods
We accept both cash on delivery and online payments through various modes such as credit/debit cards, UPI, and mobile wallets.
